Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion period begins on 10 April 2009 14:00 pm CET and ends on 30 April 2009 12:00 am (midnight) CET.
2. All Cashpoint customers with an existing account are eligible to participate.
3. The Bonus is valid only for deposits made in real funds.
4. The 50% deposit Bonus is not valid for first deposits.
5. A deposit Bonus of 50% will be granted, but only on the amount of the first deposit made during the promotion period, up to a maximum amount of EUR 50. Customers having an account currency other than EUR will receive the equivalent maximum amount in their account currency according to the current daily rate.
6. The aforementioned maximum Bonus of EUR 50 (or the equivalent value) applies only to deposits made through Moneybookers. The amount of the maximum Bonus for all other payment forms is EUR 25 (or the equivalent amount).
7. The deposit Bonus applies for one account per customer in each case. For the case that existing customers register more than once or again, Cashpoint reserves the right to cancel the Bonus and any resulting winnings and to close the account or accounts.
8. Prior to requesting a withdrawal payment, the Bonus amount must be used for placing at least six times in the areas of sports betting or Power Races with minimum odds of 1.5.
9. If the customer fails to comply with any of the aforementioned terms, the Bonus as well as any resulting winnings will become invalid.
10. The Bonus granted will become invalid if not redeemed within 3 months of being credited to the customer’s account.
